For the record, regarding organizations like the NAACP: remember that there must always exist a far left and far right side to every debate for there to be any expectation of moderate policy for us. Like the ACLU (who nitpick every last iota of personal freedom), the NAACP is quite effective as a social watchdog/whistleblower ad nauseam.

WTF? some of my best friends in hs and at my job are african americans.....I am hispanic. When I moved to the US, I used to get hit on my African American girls all the time. If anything I would say that the african american community and hispanic community bond pretty well.

I am not even going to address all the same dumb stuff. But two things, one I like how raildogg says "We chat about this stuff." Wow I I can just imagine those chat sessions :roll:. And as for the tension, lol, it must be with the dudes, because asian women are seriously starting to love the highway of "Chocolate Thunder" ;). And I see a lot of asian dudes hanging with blacks even more so now than with whites, so maybe on the one or two streets from your neighborhood there may be issues.

A lot of asian immigrants look down on blacks, not so much w/ the 1st gens and the immigrant kids.

The problem with this kind of discussion is people start talking in generalities that apply only to specific people.

Let me say that again, the problem with this kind of discussion is people start talking in generalities that apply only to specific people.

People say general things about lots of people when those things only apply to a limited(often fictional) group of people.

People see specifics and create generalities of them.

i don't like most blacks because most of them are disrespectful and have no regard for the well-being of other people. the ones that are cultured, however, I do not mind at all. btw, my prejudice against disrespectful people is not limited to blacks only; I also dislike white people who try to be all "look at me, i'm so gangsta".

It is not exclusive to just one race. I think you know that.

We have lots of prejudices to get rid of. Most of these feelings stem from ignorance. Once people learn about other people who they are not familiar with, I'm sure feelings will change.


Did you pull this out of the conclusion for a high school paper? :p

The Africans I know also like Bill Cosby and other blacks who stand up and say what is right. They are fed up with Al Sharpton.

While the African Americans don't like Bill Cosby and people like him.

They simply view the white man as holding them down, which he is and did, but I really think Bill Cosby makes some great points.

Look at the kinds of gals that hang out with da brothers, LOL, you and your kinds more than welcome to get them, the reject nasty around the block many many times types.

Funny how blacks like classy are sooooooooooo proud of the stereotype of their well hung myth, yet they are so piss off/screamming racists whenever anyone says anything about things such as watermelon/fried chicken/collar green, gangtas wannabees, generation of welfare queens, babies out of wedlock, lack of work ethics, black dudes bang black chicks then ran away from responsibilities. thugs, criminals, and on and on.
