Do Mexican guys stare at women blatantly?

Yes, absolutely. Ive almost pushed a mexican into the subway tracks for it. Im there on the subway platform looking to meet my gf. When I find her, he's staring directly at my girls boobs with a big smile on his face. God must have intervened at that point, and stopped me from doing something stupid, because as soon as he saw where she was looking, and saw me, he head off in another direction.

I can't stand it. They have no respect.

And I've also had enough of this I'm too afraid to speak the truth because someone will cry racist. Mexicans stare and honk at women, black people dont tip, white people are greedy bastards, and asians are good at math. Now lets all get over it. Everyone knows generalizations arent perfect, but our brains create stereotypes for a reason, and its not because "society has programmed us" to do so.

thats a little too extreme, dont you think? yea sure you took it to heart cuz he was staring at YOUR woman...but the guy had no clue of that. and he walked away when he found out. how many times have you stared at another woman (i mean...not look...but stare). and how do you know she wasnt just about to meet her bf/hubby?

cant beat a guy up for staring. now had he said something degrading, or harassed her...then kick the sh!t outta him

As for the OP, yes, I've noticed it alot. When they stare at your woman, all you can really do is make sure they know that you're with her (I.E. get nice and close, give a kiss, whatever). If the staring continues, then its time for an asskicking.

There is staring, and there is doing what he's doing. This was a call all your friends, check this out, no respect for the lady stare. If he had a wheel in front of him he'd be honking.

I've stared at plenty of women, but not to their face, and not to the degree where she would feel uncomfortable. Honestly, I wish it was socially acceptable to compliment a woman without it being sexual harassment or looked down upon. But this wasnt that. He was being a dick, plain and simple, and could have learned a lesson in some basic respect. Dont make excuses for him.

BTW, the deathstare usually forces the starers to look away. If they continue, I let it rest at that point. They have a rude staring problem and they are simply enjoying a blatant glare at my fiancee. Nothing I can do about it, not worth getting my blood pressure up over it.

It is not racism. It is a very negative aspect of cultural upbringing. Not all mexican guys do this, but enough do that it is an observable phenomenon.

In a lot of Latin American cultures women who go around unescorted, or dressed provocatively, are perceived as having low morals or being prostitutes. The way most young American women dress and act in public (short miniskirts, cropped t's, low-rider jeans) would be considered incredibly immodest in, say rural Mexico. Sort of the equivalent of walking around downtown Mayberry on a Tuesday morning in stiletto heels, a G-string and pasties. So yeah, of course they stare.

Long, mullet-like hair but the sides are totally shaved.

Front end of their hair is maybe 1-2" long, like bangs, but then their head is shaved.

Hair split down the middle, with a bowl cut. Popular when I was about 10 years old. Always popular with the mexicans.

I live in Little Mexico, and can verify both that they stare (even when the woman is just wearing regular non-revealing clothing) and that the above hairstyle stereotypes are true. Not 100%, but I know we have at least one of each of those hairtypes represented by our neighbors next door.

Mexicans, easily. I grew up in flushing, so I'm qualified to speak on this. Mexicans by a longshot. Only people who haved seen how bad mexicans stare think the chinese stare a lot.
