Do mentally disabled people use forums?

I think it is pretty cool that some go on to college and get degrees but do they use computers to interact with people online.

I am just curious is all. No disrespect intended.

I don't see why they wouldn't. Computers are so easy to use now these days unlike back in the early days of the internet.

I am not new to the internet. New to the forum, definitely. I still have fond memories of getting my cable modem back in mid 90's. The novelty still hasn't worn off.
