So, I'm currently interviewing with a number of companies, and have two job offers as of right now.

Today, I received an email from one of the companies I'm interviewing with asking if I'd be willing to tell them who A) I have offers with B) I'm currently interviewing with.

Should I tell them? Is there any incentive for me to?

Yes, mainly due to offer deadline dates. No further information other than that.

If you told them already. Tell them what they offered you + 25%. See if they can top it.

I can't see how it would be to your advantage to tell them WHO you are interviewing with/have offers from. Telling them what the offers are could be to your advantage though.

Maybe not, but the companies I've interviewed with have all asked. Turns out they wanted to know the deadline of accepting those offers in order to know how fast to give you an offer before you might take something else. Couple have even wanted to know what they had to beat.

My offers and interviews are coming from both peers and competitors of *. I would prefer not to disclose the information as I would not like to hurt my candidacy with the other companies. However, I see * as an excellent company to work with which is why I am still pursuing opportunities with you, if that is ever to change, I will let you know.

That is pretty much how I responded. I didn't want to give company names due to potential communication between companies. I also have already given them deadlines, but no further information.
