Do I need to plug in both ATX12V2 and ATX12V1?

I admit I really feel stupid asking this but am unclear if I need both connected on my motherboard. I skimmed and it said what they were but I missed where it said if both are required? My 4 old motherboards only had 1. Seen on page 15 top left corner of the motherboard.

Usually extra pins are placed to meet current delivery specs for OCing, especially extreme OCing. ASRock may have found that under certain conditions, the current flowing through the 8-pin EPS connector exceeded specs, hence the extra 4-pin.
