do i need to oc my vid card if i'm oc my 1.6a?

i'm new to this, i have a 1.6a and will try to oc it. does that mean i need to oc my vid card too? I'm planning on getting a gainward ti200 geforce3 64mb but wondering if i should get the ati 8500 instead (which doesn't oc well i heard) thnx

When overclocking the P4 1.6A Northwood via using the FSB (Front Side Bus) you are overclocking Everything as long as you are not using the 100 or 133 FSB Setting which allow the PCI bus to run at Default speeds
