Do i need to buy another Fan?

I'll buy an AMD T-B 1Ghz Retail
And the box should come with a heatsink & fan
Is it good enough to keep my cpu cool?
Do i need to buy another Fan?

Unless you have really sufficient case cooling, I'd suggest getting a better HSF.

Well it all depends.
I thought that retail Athlons all came with the Taislo CEK HSF. If that is the case, then you already have a really decent HSF.
The other variable you have to look at is if your temperature in your case. If the air is extremely hot in your case, then even the best HSF wont do you any good.

I would say go for the extra fan, its a small price to pay vs a dead CPU.

He's not going to OC, so if the air in your case is close to room temperature, just keep the heatsink.
