for a Pentium 200 and a K6-2 233? they came without any, so i'm curious. i went to a few Radio Shacks and they had none... any input is greatly appreciated 🙂

if i can easily find any then i will put it on then 🙂 right now the pentium is running uner rc5 and the heatsink is just warm, so i think it'll do ok

Toph,

Don't assume that because the heatsink is just warm that all is well. With heatsink compound its normal for the heatsink to be WARMER because the compound displaces air, which doesn't conduct heat well. Remember its a three step process, transfer the heat from the CPU to the heatsink, transfer the heat in the heatsink to the air in your case. Thirdstep, transfer the hot air in the box to the outside.

Every Radio Shack I've seen (a lot), has it. the help just doesn't know what it is or where to find it. Browse...it's in a small tube, about 1 1/2 inches long by 3/8 inch across.
