Do I need extra cooling?

I'm building a new box for the first time in years and I'm wondering if I need to buy any additional fans/heatsinks? I'm going to use this box as a home theater PC to do TIVO style recording and listen to radio/music. I'm not planning on doing any gaming. I'm trying to keep this box as quiet as possible.

Here are the components so far:
Albatron KX18D Pro Motherboard
AMD 2500+ CPU - Retail Box (I believe this comes with a fan/heatsink)
Antec Overture case
512 MB PC2700 Ram
Leadtek Winfast TV 2000 Expert
Seagate 160 GB 7200 RPM drive
CD-Rom
Undecided on memory card

It's up to you.
If the case is coming with any out-take fan, you should be OK without any more fan and the HSF will work, unless you overclock.
But if you want quiet system, you have to find another HSF, and might consider changing the system fan(s).

According to the case's spec, it has " TruePower 380Watt ATX12V power supply features a single-fan design for ultra-quiet operation" and "Thermally-regulated fan installed"

I'm not sure if you can add more case fans on the particular case, and you can do it later on.
Get a quiet HSF.
The stock HSF is not you want for a quietness.

Definitely upgrade the HSF if you want quiet. The stock cooler isn't loud per se, but if you want silence, you'll need a new one. I recommend a Thermalright AX7 for $20 as your heatsink and then slap a quiet 80mm fan like a Panaflo L1a on it, or run another fan @ 7v. My 1700+ tbredB maxes out @ 53C while crunching F@H in a case with the PSU's 120mm fan as the only exhaust. I don't have a video card in that machine producing heat, and the case is a full ATX, so you may find mixed results with your 2500+ in the Overture.

there are psu's withoutfans at all. with a bit of money u can have quiet.
