Do I need another case fan?

My rock solid super old thunderbird system finally died, and I rebuilt today.

Trying to keep temps and noise down with the new system, so I've got 3 120mm Sycle S-flex SFF21E fans in the upper chamber of the P182 I'm using.
1 blowing in from front
1 blowing up from the CPU (Xigmatek S1283)
1 top fan

Do I need another blowing out the back? Or is this enough to keep the fanless vga (Sapphire 4670 Ultimate) ok?

For the fanless vid card, why not reinstall the empty hard drive cage and mount the fan on the cage. You case should have come with two wire clips that allow you to clip a fan directly to the cage, blowing air onto the video card. the clips should have come in a plastic bag with P180 on it. Instruction sheet shows how to mount the fan.
In my P182 I have the same S Flex E fans. One in the front position, one in the rear and one in the PSU chamber. I have one of the original Tri Cool fans blowing in from the top. I have the Xig S1283 on my Q9550 positioned to blow towards the rear fan. My quad is OC to 3.6Ghz and runs at 48c after 7 hrs of Prime95.
If your cooler orientation is working well for you, I would still move the front fan closer to the vid card using the hard drive cage.

Should be fine. I have an 8800GT running fanless in a smaller case with less exhaust.

As LOUISSS said, your temps will tell you for sure, but it should be fine.
