do i need a special power adaptor for serial ata drives, i am going to buy a seagate 120gb sata drive from google gear do i need a special power cable and does this drive come with one
 
If you buy it retail packaged, there should be an adaptor to connect to a 4-pin molex. If you buy it OEM, it may not come with one and you'd have to get it separately.
