Do I need a new PS?

I always thought I had a good PS but I maybe at its end of power. I have an Antec 400watt PS, but I've been noticing lately the power output isn't as high as it should be.

My readings on ASUS Probe:

+5 = 4.845
+12 = 11.448
+3.3 = 3.18

Is this in acceptible levels?

Here is everthing in and hooked to my computer.

Asus K8V SE DELUXE
AMD 3400+ 64
1GB Corsair cas2
9800pro 129mb
ATI TV card
NEC DVD+/- RW
3.5 floppy
2 WD raptors
1 WD 250GB
5 80mm Case fans
Stock AMD cooling solution
Vantec cool blue video HSF
2 18 inch cold cathode tubes
5 GB Smartdisk firefly (external HDD)
USB office keyboard
USB expolorer mouse
Brother 1440 Laser printer

and Logitech 680 and 2 sony 19" CRTs (but I don't think these three things draw any power)

Let me know what you think.

Thanks

Do you`ve any stability problems? If not then it`s probably ok,PSUs do eventually die, but you may be getting false readings from Asus probe.

My Antec 430 true power reads way different in ASUS probe, than it does when I use a VOM. With the VOM it reads 12.01 on the 12v rail, and ASUS probe says 11.5.

Use a VOM before you decide anything. Also, is it stable ? If so, who cares what it reads.

It is as stable as can be. Never any random shut downs or anything like that. The Tru430 is what I have, so it sounds like we have simular readings. I'll pull out my multimeter tonight
and see what it says.

Thanks

Low, but not dangerously so by any means. Tyically you'll need -10% or more (usually on load) to really screw things up.

Using Sisoft Sandra I get

3.3V -- 1.49V
-12V -- 1.87V
-5V -- 0.78V

This looks like a generic 460W power supply that came with my Chieftec case. The computer boots fine, but I'm wondering if the low voltage reading will cause problems for me in the form of data corruption or hardware damage. Also, I read that the new power supply standard got rid of the -12V line.

The -12v and -5v aren't used for anything anymore, and will be phased out with the next few PSU standards as we change form factors (either the -12v or -5v have been removed, but I can't remember which, so it may have been the -12v). 3.3v being 1.49v is just not right. Check the BIOS, but at 1.49v, you'd have plenty of problems.
