Im not sure which to buy.
Here is what I am trying to do. I want to have two network cards in one pc. The reason for this is I am running a web server and it needs 2 static Ip's to go to the same computer... since I only have one computer and am running a DNS server(You need to have two nameservers for a domain, I figure I will just get two IPs and point them to the same PC!).
Anyway, I have DSL connection. Since I have two static IPs, I need to use two seperate Network cards in the computer, each one assigned to a seperate IP. Do I need a network Hub or a Router on my DSL line? I need a way to have line go to both computers.
I currently have a cable\dsl wireless router, problem is that is makes you specify what your ip address is and it only works with one IP.. Which device simply splits the line.. the hub or router?
Thanks,
Matt
