OP is running old crap from 2009/2010, its time for a new system not a partial upgrade. What I suggested is a basic all-rounder.

I've been advising people to wait for Kaby and Zen if they intend to do a new system with pricier parts. That makes the most sense for someone who has waited that long, particularly since Broadwell C embarrassed Skylake thanks to its EDRAM.
