In answer to your original question. I would say you look like, you are in your early thirties. But a better picture, could easily lower this. Especially with better lighting, and a more relaxed face.

But the fact that you posted the photograph, and are so worried by this issue, might mean that you need to take care of your health (both physically and mentally).
 
I'm balding too op. It sucks and even though your skin looks fairly smooth, your eyes not too dark, etc, people will automatically think you look 40 just because of your hair. There's nothing we can do. We were destined to be ugly and shunned by society, all we can do is masturbate and lie to ourselves that we're ok with looking creepy and spending the rest of our lives indoors.
 
Not too bad. Keep your hair shorter & neat. Makes a difference.
I am balding too. Keep my hair shaved with electric clippers.

I don't believe I'm dat bad looking in general. Older looking, yes, but some broads dig that. I feel like I can attract a heavenly blessed beauty if I play my cards right
 
I'd guess late 30's, maybe 40. But don't feel bad, everyone thinks I'm 12 and I'm 28. It's annoying. I can't even buy a lotto ticket without showing ID. I'm using a credit card, at least act like you think I'm 18!
 
A sober 23 year old girl guessed me as 32 in the bar tonight. I just turned 41 this week. Her nor her friends believed me. Then they bought me drinks the rest of the night. Still have all my kidneys. Feelin pretty good about that ;p

You look fine. You don't need pubic hair stapled to your head.

Everybody equalizes by ~40.

Remember also that Sean Connery looked 1000 times better older than younger. Everybody knows this.

If you're worried about your looks getting girls, remember that money (sad but true) and chat-charm go a looong way.
