Do I ice my shoulder? Please help!

An MRI... Let's hope it doesn't come to that
You won't necessarily need an MRI. For example, when I injured my rotator cuff, it was severe enough where my doctor only needed to move and rotate my arm in certain directions in order to figure out what exactly was going on in there. Luckily I didn't have a tear, but either way I would have needed surgery in order to for my shoulder to be 100% again.
