Do I have a cold, flu, or something else?

I've felt tired all day today (but I can't sleep), my body feels sore, I have a moderate headache, sore throat, my whole body feels cold especially extremities. I had some green tea a little over an hour ago and it didn't seem to do much. What does it sound like I have and what's the best way to handle it?

or plenty of fluids and bed rest. treat symptoms at your discretion... ibuprofen for headache/muscle aches.

or go to a doctor instead of asking atot. but they tend to prescribe antibiotics too often.

I had the flu this week, high fever first 3 days. I just slept and sweat it out... Now I have a cough that's left...
