so i bought a multifunction printer from Buy.com yesterday morning. I was upset to see that their Free Shipping thing went away, but got over it.

Later that day (yesterday), I get another email from them touting that the "Free Shipping on items over $99" is back!!! WTF??????????

Can I complain and get the free shipping?

Also, does this place have a damn Customer Service phone number? I can't find it anywhere.

Before you get worked up, the email I got from them about free shipping also had in the fine print "...for items under 20 pounds, and excludes monitors, printers, blah, blah..."
