Are you dropping things constantly? Did your reflexes suddenly change? Are you losing your eyesight? Have you had behavioral and mood changes lately?

These are all symptoms of brain tumors, having a headache and a nose bleed aren't symptoms. Headaches are caused by lots of stuff but brain tumors are the least likely of all the possibilities. And if you want to stop the nose bleeds keep that finger out of your nose... ;)

As others have stated Sinus problems or perhaps high blood pressure.

Sinus problems are not lethal but can be painfull and REALLY painfull
if the sinus canals decide to give way :( believe me personal exp on
that.

Sinus infection and Airliner trip with pressurised cabin don't mix

I had a brain tumor. I've only had one bloody nose in my life and that was when I was a child. (Didn't find the tumor until I was 18.) Headaches are a part of it, but not the bloody noses, AFAIK. Everyone is different. It would depend on where the tumor was located, how big, etc. I had hydrocephalus (water on the brain) and that's how we found out about my tumor. I was seeing double, vomiting, dizzy, etc.......

As it was said before, go see a doc. No one here can correctly diagnose your problem. Good luck!
