I don't quite follow you. Do you mean that bigots, in particular religious bigots, are self-delusional and as a result they thus reflect upon the opinions of others? Wouldn't their state of bigotry mean that the opinions of others are to be ridiculed in a effort to assure self-worth?

I am not a religious bigot. I'm not even that outspoken about my beliefs. However, if someone asks a question, I will answer it.

Keep in mind that in my post above, I am not singling out homosexuals. Any sinner (according to the Biblical definition of sin) falls short of the grace of God. All of us do. However, in order to be saved, we must believe in and accept Christ Jesus as our savior.

I'm a Christian and I do not believe for a second they go to hell although I will not make fun of someone who believes differently and thats the problem with most people here. If you believe they do go to hell based on your own personal religious beliefs thats your opionion.


It does Not give anyone else the right to call you "insecure" or a "homophobe".

Its a pathetic practice done by children, the majority who claim to be athesists. If you believe they are wrong to think gays go to hell just disagree. Making fun of them because they don't share your view is simply juvenile.

I disagree with their philosphy but it does not give me the right to judge them.

Serious, it's pretty normal for a (straight) guy to think this way. Since homosexuality is partly genetical and partly due to upbringing and other external factors, you'll have to be homosexual to understand why those people behave like that.

In short, homosexuals only behave like homosexuals because they think that they're homosexual. It's very well possible that with a minor 'treatment' it'll be possible someday to change a homosexual into a 'straight' guy or gal. Or the other way around.

Sigh. It is NOT genetic. No one has proven that. And if you still believe it, find the study that proves it.

BTW, IMO everything about behaviour and how you're looking has a genetic (internal) and an environmental (external) factor. How much the influence or internal/external factors is, just depends.
