Do health insurers pay for maternity leave?

I know this isn't the place but just a reminder to everybody to have the best STD and LTD you can afford, max it out through your employer or get your own. I'll get 66% of my salary via STD and 80% via LTD but it costs like 25 bucks a month. A few hundred a year that could mean a metric shit ton should something happen.

Is that through your employer? That is pretty cheap compared to employers I've been exposed to.
