I was talking about this with my roommate.

I just don't see how a guy can get raped.

Just think if some ugly girl knocked you over with a beer bottle and then started to suck you off. Would you tell her to stop ? No matter how ugly the girl, I think the guy would enjoy it. What do you think ?
 
in some states it is impossible for a woman to rape a man. it is also impossible for the man to rape his wife
 
Yes, men can be raped, despite the social stigma associated with it. Rape isn't necessarily about sex, but about power, and a woman who starts blowing a guy while he's asleep or intoxicated, against his wishes, is indeed guilty of rape.

if resistance is required and you're passed out you can't resist so it isn't rape.

No, in fact, it doesn't. I've been around a number of women that've come on to me when we were both drunk, and I wouldn't go for it. I'm not a prude, but I have my standards and I realize the impact these decisions can make.

From what I've seen in WA state, sexual intercourse without the person's consent (i.e. they're passed out) is rape.
