I have an associate's degree from a community college and I graduate with a BS in CS from a no-name public state university (the institution and CS program are both fully accredited by the proper agencies) this week. I got accepted into a Tier 1 Institution outside of my state and they gave me a graduate research assistantship as well (free tuition, health insurance and salary). They did not seem to care that I attended a CC for two years, but I did take all of the science and math classes that matter at a university.

Medical schools care. I can't speak for other types of graduate schools.
A girl I knew from HS got into dental school and had taken several CC classes in the past. It is still possible.
