i LOVE getting roses, no matter when, but especially on V-Day.

i don't EXPECT them, but if i get them, it makes me feel really special.

i think it's nice to get taken out to a nice dinner, too...maybe some champagne...

;)

I send my GF flowers at least once a month, so for birthday, anniversary and Valentines Day it's got to be more. Usually for Valentines it's a dozen longstems and a piece of jewelry.

Once a month? May I ask what the hell are you thinking? So what happens if you miss a month or two, does she get upset? Sometimes you give a girl too much she takes it for granted.

It depends on the girl... I used to go with flowers and a small gift for V-day.

If she took it for granted I wouldn't do it. Hell, if she was the type to expect it or demand it I wouldn't be with her in the first place.

I would rather get lillies or tulips. Red roses are geigh, but peach ones are pretty.

Mines getting a DVD-RW ... either I will get my assed kicked for not giving her roses or she'll love it.
