Do emojis or emoticans or whatever they are called help or hurt with scoring with babes?

I forget their professional names. But whatever you call them. You know, when you are talking to a girl, and you want to tease her, but you want to make sure she understands its a tease, so you say, "well well, if I ever need a keg drained, I know who to call! 🙂" Doesn't that help? I have to think they help and chicks dig them.

At first I thought this was a really good troll post, but after some thought I just have to wonder. You see, woman are emotional creatures and perhaps, just perhaps your use of emoticons helps express your emotions and thus the woman is more connected to said conversation since you invoked some emotion into your post/comment whatever. Be it Skype, Facebook, SMS, etc.

But to tell you the truth. The usage of emoticons all the time in conversations might be more reserved for a teenager. Perhaps even a twenty something female.

OMG, the baked potato emoticon has my GF doing things to me I only seen on Pornhub. And the heart emoticon -- forgetaboutit.
 
Anyone who says "scoring babes" and "chicks dig" is way too fucking old to score babes no matter which emoji they use.

This is what I was going to say. Yes, women dig it when you express emotion/charisma. Everyone knows this. They're absorbed in personalities - so inject a little personality into your messages, if you hope to sustain their interest. Besides, most guys aren't too expressive, by nature, so it could set you apart.

However, it could come across as immature, as J.Connor noted - a notion that will fade as the population ages.

You'd probably have more success if you stopped spouting off about your crazy theories and going against very accepted theories like the Theory of Relativity.
 
Dunno, but for me, leetspeak really gets the babes. Gets tiring after awhile. Sometimes I just want some me time.

I seem to once remember some strange feeling come over me like maybe I shouldn't have posted what I did. I don't know, I can't really explain it. I didn't act on it though. It went away and thankfully hasn't occured since.
