most of them. I majored in English / Sociology -- most of my English books were paperbacks or anthologies that I'll reread, and my sociology text books are all increadibly interesting. also useful to have for some P&N discussions ;) I also kept the books from cool classes like Intro to Film Studies, Modern American Music, and the biology seminar class I took where we read/discussed the collective works of Stephen Jay Gould.

there were a couple books that I sold or gave away (Spanish 1-4, and many of the books from my intro courses).

don't you work in IT

Yes, that $90 Marketing book that was worthless at the end of the term, I kept!

Also, the majority of texts that were worthless when I tried to resell them. Over time, I graduated 5yrs ago, I have tossed a few of em.

Yes and they even come in handy once and awhile. My girlfriend, who's back in school was using one of my old marketing books last week.

Philsophy books hold the secrets of the universe. Every single one of them.
Well, the reputable ones, at least.

I mean, c'mon; Critique of Pure Reason? How can anyone get rid of that book after reading it? It's monumental! (no sarcasm here folks, it's just that great)

So, yes, yes I do.

I used to, because I didn't want to part with them. But I should have sold back, I never looked at them after the class was over.

I've kept them all. Most of them pertain to teaching so I need to keep them. The others are just good to have around. You never know when you will need them. :)

I have kept most of my good ones around...I'm graduating this May, and I would say all the tech manuals from my classes were the most valuable.
My E-Mag book made a good target....DAMN THAT CLASS

I kept mine. I occasionally pull one out and look at it, even though I am not using any of my degrees.
