Do commercial tractor / trailers have govenors?

Like it says. Do some commercial companies install govenors to limit trucks speed to ridiculous limits, like 65 or 70 miles per hour? I know the USPS limtis them to 65, but thats a guvment company. Just wondered if commercial / private companies did the same.

I sure don't think so as truckers really know how to truck when there are no smokies around. There are also areas out west that do not have posted speed limits.

I kinda figured. Seems like some companies you just NEVER see speeding. Like Werner Trucking, hell i dont think I've ever seen one of there rigs doing over 65.....
