Do colleges really care about your high school record?

My GPA is fine and dandy but I have one 3 day suspension (absolutely ridiculous what happened) on my record. Will this matter much? I'm not planning to go anywhere fancy.

I don't think they can even look at it, or at least let it affect their decision to let you in or not.

Unless that's common these days, which is likely, that's not going to help your chances of getting into a decent school.

I ctrl+a/enter'd a friend's desktop (select all/10 item desktop), and they nailed me because in the process I magically damaged said computer (WTF? nothing is written to the hard drive) and I magically destroyed another one through thin air across the room. All evidence was circumstantial and watery at best, and I couldn't argue my way out because my computer teacher and the idiot that suspended me have no clue as to what they're talking about when it comes to computers.
