I never have any problems with that, probably because I don't have bugs in my house anyway.

No, you have them. You just don't know where they are 😉

Seriously, there are probably thousands (to be conservative) of bugs in your house. Those critters are quite resourceful. There may be some places with few bugs (like far northern Canada, Alaska, or Antarctica) but most folks in the lower 48, Hawaii, Europe, South America, Africa, Australia, Asia, (did I miss anyone????) have plenty to go around.

As for getting into a sealed case with fans on all intakes---I don't know how they do it, but they do. Not often, since there's not much in the way of food for them in there, but if they need a cozy warm spot to snuggle up to, they'll find a way. How do you think the term "computer bug" came about anyway?

That's actually quite true... they found a cockroach that was screwing with the mobo circutry... and called it a BUG =_o

Why woudl they do that? If the heat soruce is off, there is no incentive fort hem to go in, unless of course they go in just after you turn it off. 😉

Last October I heard something hit a fan in my computer. Then I kept hearing buzzing noises. I looked through the side panel window and saw this: MeanBeast_01. I took the side panel off, took a picture, and then owned it.

No bugs in the computer yet even though I do have them in my house. Mosquitos mostly cause my stupid siblings always leave the doors open and I live by a swamp....
