What exactly goes on in a "bath house" that's so filthy? Wouldn't a bath house be a place where you bathe? Isn't that really pretty similar to what happens in a public pool? Do you think they should shut down all public pools, too?

Bath houses, per se as they existed in the 70's, do not. That being said, there are other...erm...establishments...that a homosexual male can go to and find anonomous sex. In just about every city in the country. There are websites dedicated to the listing of such places.
