<< I realize that the software side of it is obviously pretty good, but it's crazy that even with the brand new bills that are so stuck together that they look like the grew right next to each other on a damn tree, we never get lucky...

That's the part that amazes me.
That mechanism can count out 20 $20 bills in 3 seconds and very rarely make a mistake.
New bills, old wrinkly bills, torn bills, it doesn't seem to make any difference.
