Do any video cards other than ati support overscan with tv-out on the secondary monitor?

It's a specific question but yeah i was wondering if any video cards other than ati support overscan with tv-out on the secondary monitor? i remembered nvidia cards didn't without tvtool but i'm not sure if that's changed
