Do any real people actually play CS:S?

Holy crap, I just went through literally over 100 servers (not joining them all, just viewing server info) and I could not find a server with actual people on it. Nothing but bots, EVERYWHERE. Does anyone actually play this game? And more importantly, does Steam let you sort out the servers that have bots on them? Since Steam is horrible, I'm going to guess no.
 
Yeah, I hate that also, wish a bot counted as 0/21 people when you look at it.

But what I will do is look at the server info and check the names of people. Most servers keep their bots named BOT-name. Or they will be generic names like Bob, Jim, James... with nothing creative.
 
well pick a better time to play than 10 AM on a Monday...

This is a great server, admins are usually so no worries about an aimbotter ruining the fun. It can be tough to log on too since it's very popular server, you can donate for reserved slot and $16k a round. I think this is the best server out there, it is 24/7 Office.

I find at least 10 servers with under 50 ping with people in them. I usually play in a 30-38 players servers..

I play CS:S all the time there are a bunch of servers that always have players on them... i prefer the 16 player servers obviously u wont find servers with under 50 ping that has players on it at like 5 in the morning but yeah evenings and afternoons alot of people play

Usually at least 15 players on each server and plenty of admins.. anyone notice the recent rise in cheats? Must be some new exploits.

I play on WCK's server, don't know the IP, but it's really great. I'm not in WCK, but it's a fun, carefree, well-managed server.
 
Even on Monday at 10am, I still find it ridiculous that it's so hard to find a server with real people on it. Steam should really have a way to filter out servers that have any bots on them.
