Do any of you read al-Ahram or Haaretz? (Arab/Israeli newspapers)

If you really want a one-sided article about events in the Middle East, check out these news sites.

Most of all, read the opinion/editorial sections...man oh man is there a lot of bias/hate in those columns :)

Al-Ahram- the oldest and most-read daily in Cairo. I've linked you to the English section but if you can read Arabic, more power to you--here's the main page

Haaretz- this paper predates Israel itself, having been founded in 1919 in Jerusalem

hehe...it ain't that hard to find somethin that predates israel. you and I both know that. Majority of palestinians predate Israel. Oh, and of course all Jews predate Israel too. Anyone would predate anything if they turn back the clock 2000 years. Let's just hope the decedents of the Romans and the decendants of the French don't start making any claims.

True...you wouldn't expect too many newspapers to be around before the country though.
