Do any companies still custom-modify cases to order?

I've pretty much given up on trying to find the sort of case I need, which is a MicroATX one one with a window and 120mm fan intake or exhaust that isn't an Apevia X-QPACK (or one of its rebrands like MicroFly), or the Thermaltake Lanbox, neither of which are quite large enough for my needs (to install a small liquid cooling system I already own.) A MicroATX-only Mini tower would get the job done. (not a mid-tower, and not a mini-tower that can accomodate normal ATX, it needs to be way smaller than that) But I don't think one of these EXISTS.

I've gone through every company I can think of who would modify a case to these specifications-- Performance-PCs.com, Directron.com, Xoxide.com, FrozenCPU.com, to no avail. Coolcases, who offered the exact case that'd suit my needs, doesn't seem to be in business anymore, or at least they never answer their mail and haven't updated their site in a year and 2 months.

So right to the point. Are there any companies left who will let you customize a case before shipment (e.g. adding windows, fan ports, that sort of thing?) Or am I stuck wasting money on a dremel and drill for a one time job I'll probably screw up?

Searched around for what you wanted, and yeah, pretty sure it does not exist. (at least with a window). Maybe give mnpctech.com a call and see if they can add a window to a Silverstone TJ08 or something. Be willing to part with some cash though or you will have to do it yourself.

Performance-PCs refused to do the mods for me. They said all the cases I'd want modded are too uncommon and it'd basically be a waste of their money to make a template to put a window in that side panel. They also said if they DID ever do it, it'd take a very very long time and that everyone else comes first. Now that's customer service!
