I'm not talking about the physical production of semen etc, but the chemical feeling of gratification and such. i'm kind of scared to search for it on google so i was wondering if anyone could point me to a useful link.

believe it or not this was part of a debate about religion.
 
I have to say yes. My pet Lorikeet does nothing but sit in his cage, and hump magic markers ALL DAY LONG.
 
Howard Stern had recordings of various animals having orgasms and by the sounds of it it appears it inspires some type of reaction. My guess would be yes.
 
i believe that dolphins and manatees ( i could be way wrong) are the only other animals, besides humans, that have sex for pleasure.

Um...while I agree that animals have orgasms, that's not why they have sex, excepting dolphins, which has been mentioned. Animals have sex because of instinct and the need to reporduce; they don't have it because they enjoy it.
