My understanding is that no socket 939/940 CPU supports the technologies necessary for TC to function properly (Presidio & [whatever the virtualization technology is called]) but anything with socket M2 will, and that no Nforce chip to date contains a TPM, but the ULI chip announced just before nVidia announced intentions to buy the company was to have contained one. I'll go check on a few others.
Anything new from Transmeta will have TC-enabling technology. I think new VIA processors will as well, but they have been vocal about the positive aspects (accelerating cryptography in hardware) and silent about the negative aspects ("trust"). I suspect that it will have a full TPM, but I cannot verify this.
