I highly recommend using the corner of the bed with her on her back, and you straddling the corner of the bed with one leg on each side. Just using the edge of the bed makes it hard to squat down and change your "angle of attack" whereas using the corner of the bed, you can bend your knees better for that extra level of change necessary to hit those certain areas.

The contractions don't lie...although i will say that there are women that can actively flex those muscles effectively during sex, so it's possible to fake them--but the majority of the women capable of that know their bodies well enough to not need to fake it.
I've also heard it referred to as the cul-de-sac (CDS). From my experience, if you do hit it, it does work a lot like a g-spot whether it is one or not.

Clit stimulation is much more effective and easier. A guy going out of his way to get to the G spot has nothing else better to do with his time.
