My two bits:
CS is, in my experience, as a field one of those meritocracy based deals. It matters very little where the fuck you went to school unless you plan on moving into management in some big sepulcher of a company. I've worked with excellent devs that simply graduated high school.
If you work you ass off and get grooving in some cool tech than you'll be highly sought and highly compensated. You're not going to have this out of the door from university, but you will have some advantages... just be prepared to keep learning new things.
