I got a little gut that I have to get rid of by June!
Guys i need a plan to lose it, but without eating healthy. I mean lets be serious, i'm a real guy living in the real world and I don't have time for health food crap. How much do I have to exercise with this diet. Nothing for breakfast, maybe a sandwhich and chips for lunch, few cookies for snacks inbetween, maybe a steak and fries for dinner, and cereal at like 12 midnight.
