DNS problems from WIN NT.

I work at a small ISP in Indiana and I am at work now. We have been having a problem with our DNS since last night. It seems like only a select few people cannot resolve names. We have 2 DNSs. I have switched one to primary and the other to secondary and vice versa and still no go. However, I input another DNS which I am familiar with and it worked! We, at work, work off of the same DNSs and we are working fine! It is odd because our engineers said that they cannot find a problem. This does not affect all customers like a usual DNS problem would, it seems like it is only affecting about 50 or so customers. Does anyone know what would be the problem?
