Dnf release date

Well it only took 12 years but we finally have a release date. It better not disappoint.

Duke Nukem 3D was one of the first video games I purchased with my own money for the PC. I still have all of the original packaging & game.

The current version of it has probably only been being worked on for like 2 years. Expect consolized fps port incoming.
 
What engine is this game using? Modded UT?

Are people going to be able to get the game they paid for if they preordered the game 10 years ago? Does babbages even exist anymore?

I wonder who the target audience for this will be, considering the people who played earlier DN games have to be in nursing homes by now.
 
Can't wait to play this. Well, I can't wait another 12 years I mean. Looks like Gearbox is doing something special for the really old preorders according to their forums.

Me, and I'm not in a nursing home, but in the prime demographic of 18-35 year old males with disposable income 🙂
 
Shit I had a pre-order at some online retailer. Then they called me to offer to cancel it years ago. I'm also sure that online retailer is gone by now.

Good grief that was.....That was.....Back in.....I don't know. I had dial-up & AOL back then. Maybe Windows 98 too. I was in Jr. High. Yeah a long time ago....

Uh anyways....Let's hope it comes out & is fun. Come on where is the demo at least?

I remember in Jr. High reading about Duke Nukem Forever & Team Fortress 2.

Which TF2 seemed to be vaporware for quite some time.

It will be shocking to see DNF on store shelfs....
