DMZ problems with Linux Router - Solved, but dont laugh at me!!

I am trying to setup a Sun Cobalt server on a DMZ.

I am using a Smoothwall (Corporate version) with 3 NICs. All NIC drivers check out. All networks 'work' per se as I can:
Browse the Internet from the Green side.
Browse the Cobalt server on the Orange side from my PC on the Green side.

I cannot however access my Cobalt server from 'outside' at all. Physically, I know that the Orange NIC and infrastructure (the DMZ) is OK as I can access Orange resources from the Green side. I am sure that the problem lies in the permissions in SmoothWall.

I have 'External Aliases' setup with the IP 'XYZ' that I wish the Cobalt server to appear under.

I have 'External Service Access' setup to allow all incoming connections to the IP 'XYZ' port 80.

I have 'Port Forwarding' setup to connect Source IP 'XYZ and port 80' to the Cobalt server '192.168.0.2, port 80'

What am I doing wrong? I am at my wits end here! 🙁

I've looked everywhere, all I can find are DMZ guides.

I've followed the SmoothWall instructions to the book - what am I doing wrong??

Its OK guys, I got it going. I learned my lesson. The problem wasnt with SmoothWall, but with my ADSL router (which is between the incoming Internet and Smoothwall) being set to use NAT.

I am really embarrased now. 😱
