DLink DWL G510 Rev B locks up cpu at 100%

Hi, I'm a first time poster here.

Whenever I use my PCI card, the driver revs up cpu usage between 80-100%.
If I disable the card, the usage drops to normal idleing 0-5%.
I have tried reinstalling the drivers, and using the generic Atheros drivers to no avail.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and can proscribe a solution, or to tell me to chuck the card for a better one.
