DLink 530TX NIC in WinME and Win2K, help please!

I've just got 2 DLink 530TX PCI 10/100 adapters, NOT the 530TX+. Apparently this card is not officially supported by DLink in Win2K or WinME. Unfortunately, I'm running both those OSes on different machines. My Win2K machine picked up the NIC and easily installed a microsoft certified driver for the DLink card. The WinME machine detects the card, but has problems assigned a driver - it keeps requesting for this file: FETND5A.SYS and says it's available on the Windows Millennium CD, but I can't find it anywhere - not on the CD, my HDD, or the DLink floppy disk. When I try to run the network - neither machine seems to be communicating. So I'm not sure if the 530TX doesn't work in both, or just one.

Any experience or help on this matter would be very much appreciated!

Thanks!
