Why is it that I can only download 2 mpeg's at a time?
It there a way to change the settings in XP so that I can DL more at a time?

I have no idea what your talking about...I can download any size file I want with XP. Are you sure its not an ISP restriction??

no its not the size, its the amount of simutaniuos DL's @ once.
like i cant DL 4 different things @ once.

Yeah, IE does that because of the HTTP 1.1 standard. See here for a registry hack that lets you change it.

I tried to modify the registry values but it kept telling me it's an illegal value... How do I tell the registry I want, say 5 downloads at a time?

go use flashget, you'll d/l all you want as many as you want plus its fast.
