Why is this any kind of news? The entire point of tariffs is to increase the price of imported goods. Title should be "tariffs are working exactly as predicted".
In related news, water is wet, fire is hot.
The point is numb nuts is that Trump says the Chinese are paying for it, and we aren't. You love your liar in chief sooo much.

Since it's not the Chinese buying the products how the fuck could they possibly pay the tariffs? This is sixth grade economics. The point of tariffs is to make the goods they sell more expensive and reduce demand. Anyone that can pronounce "economics" is bright enough to grasp that.
If Trump wants to pander to the sub 75 IQ group he's welcome to it, but don't pretend for a moment that anyone that can tie his own shoes thought consumers weren't going to pay it.

don't know exactly how to tell you, but since you have apparently never have bought a dress shirt, you probably don't realize the 32/33 is the sleeve length, unlike your wardrobe which comes in S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL
Tailored shirts don't have tags. :)

I didn't say tailored, I said dress shirt... stores are full of them, and they have tags with collar and sleeve length tags, just not in the t-shirt section of Wal-Wart.

Also shirts from the uniform company with you name sewn on them won't be sized by collar and sleeve length.

The other issue of course is that a boycott over Chinese labor standards would be dumb and ineffective, haha. The absolute best thing that has happened for Chinese living standards has been that ‘bad’ work that free trade has allowed them to access. While sure conditions might have been bad for some in the interim it is a long term godsend.

There has been no greater friend of quality of life for the average person in China than free trade.

Yeah, let's ask the Uighurs about that.
