Looking for speaker recommendations to go with Dayton curved bookshelf speakers for DIY project.
Room: 18 x 24
Subwoofer: Rythmik 12" sealed
Enclosure: Considering Dayton .25 or .5 cu ft. (max height = 14")
Usage: Stereo only, classical and jazz
Budget: $400 for speakers and crossovers
Any recommendations for woofer and tweeter?

You need to clarify several things.

1. Which enclosure are you talking about? Links would help.
2. How many speakers? Is this a 2.1 solution? 5.1?
3. Is this for a home theater, living room, office? What is the usage?

I like:

or:

for my living room listening area (I have room for either). The application will be 2.1, music only.

Wrong way of going about it. Read this for more info:
https://sites.google.com/site/undefinition/diy-faqs-provendesigns

Decide on your needs, size and budget limitations, then research proven designs to find one that fits the bill. Deciding on a fixed box and a set of drivers isn't the way to go. I've been out of the DIY scene for a while, so I wouldn't hazard to throw any suggestions out there yet, but browsing the pre-designed kits on Meniscus or Partsexpress is a good start.

Thanks for the guidance. I think I will try the Fusion-6's, since they seem like they will work well with the sub and will fit in my 14'" height limit.
