Dixiesys Problems

It seems that on a daily basis, for the past three weeks or so, my email accounts become inaccessible for a period of time. Sometimes completely, other times they slow to a crawl.
Right now, for example, I have no email service on my website. This is a business site and these disruptions in service are a problem. Is anyone else using Dixiesys experiencing a similar situation? (Ensim, Server 5, by the way).

I think mine is related to domain issues (my domain has expired and I asked Gary TWICE to transfer it) but maybe my account is having the same issues?

Have you checked their forums or support?

I believe I'm on server 14 Plesk. Anyhow I'm glad that I moved all my other hosting accounts to a better more reliable webhosting provider (see sig).

Ive experienced some downtime also in past weeks. Im still on the old PLESK servers, so I don know if that has anything to do with it. Would they move my account o the Ensim CP servers if I asked, or is it only for new accounts?

I have experienced this as well.

In the beginning they were great, then sucked then got better (recently) and now are they sucking again?

Which server and control panel (Plesk or Ensim) are you on?

i tranferred 3 of my domains to the Ensim servers (28 i think it was) and i experience the same thing. Are all the servers located in one location? Cause if so, it sounds like its a connection problem rather than a server problem

how do we get our accounts transfrerred, just ask them to?

I use their webmail a lot and I never have problems. (I also use outlook while I'm at home of course)

I have two accounts hosted at Dixiesys and I think I'm going to move the problematic one (with domain issues) to AddAction.net taking advantage of their $9.95 for 6 months special.

I'll leave my other account there which has had virtually no problems at all.

So is CEO-Shawn working for Dixiesys now?

LOL

But seriously that's not funny, Gary was the reason most of us have our own websites but lately the service and reliability have been lackluster 🙁

Great, I thought they shut off my account due to a payment problem or something, I haven't been able to get into my dixie mail all morning.
