Divx/DVD/MP3/Emulator box almost complete.... any more ideas?

Just finished setting up my DVD/DivX/Mp3/Emulator box...

DVDs and DivXs are flawless, Mp3s are there but not needed quite yet, and the emulators are just plain awesome.

All hooked up with a playsation 2 controller for the game, right analog pad is my mouse.

Any other ideas I can do with this thing? Its currently not hooked up to the net, and unless theres a really good reason why, I dont think I'm going to bother. Net/Email etc can be done on my main PC. Keyboard isnt attached so anythinng that absolutely NEEDS a keyboard is out of the question.

BTW, is there any decent webcam software out there? One that can detect motion and send a page/sms/call/ whatever and alert me if it senses motion in my dorm room when I'm away?

Something that can run on a timer before it sent me a message so it doesnt go off every time I come back to my room. Password protected would be nice as well.

I plan on using my Emulator / HTPC as a game file server, print server, and a firewall / router for my dorm room..... thats the only other stuff I can think of... I also planning on using it as a digital VCR...running the TV through it. I only hope my future roomate(s) will go along with it...

Game file server? Like what? The emu roms?

I'd like to use it as a tivo as well, but I dont feel like adding a tuner to it.
